in this sldie I will show you what to look for in a link to make sure that its secure.

The first thing that you want to look for in a link is a padlock symbol

As you can see in this image the link has a padlock next to it

Meaning that the link is secure.

The second thing you want to look for in a link is the text https:// to the right of the padlock

As you can see in this image

But watch out because some unsafe links that have the text http:// this can sometimes mean that the link is unsafe or unsecure

so only the links with the text https:// are secure
